We’ve integrated AI authoring into our job ad creation tool.
When we create your Jobaffinity profile together, we’ll enter information about your company, which is probably already present on your website or in previous ads you’ve created.
Then, simply enter the job title, choose a “tone” (casual, friendly, formal, institutional, etc.) from the list and launch the ad generation.
In just a few seconds, the AI will write the ad for you, taking into account everything it knows about the job in question, and present it in the tone you’ve chosen.
If you wish, you can ask them to regenerate their reply, shorten it, change the tone or even anonymize your company if necessary.
Of course, you’ll have complete freedom to modify the result of the AI generation, and if you use this feature for a position where you’re not familiar with the skills required, remember to have it checked by a member of the team or the future employee’s manager: some of the skills listed might not be the ones you’re looking for.
