As part of our development, we are looking for a Digital Recruitment Consultant.
Position : Digital recruitment Consultant
- If you have been recruiting in a firm or company and you wish to acquire new skills, this position is for you!
- In collaboration with our on-boarding and sales departments, you will :
- Introduce recruiters to our software and accompany them until the contract is signed.
Follow a portfolio of prospects
Feed back the requests of the « prospects ».
You will also be required to : - Advise our clients on the digitalization of their recruitment process
Participate in sales operations with our marketing department
Assist our clients in the use of our recruitment tool
Profile
- You have a first successful experience as a recruiter within a firm or a company.
- You have a commercial temperament, combined with a passion for human relations and a penchant for challenges.
