As part of our development, we are looking for a: Customer Relationship Manager HR Software
Position
- In collaboration with the customer relations manager, you will participate in the development of our « customer service » through various missions:
- Assistance and Customer Satisfaction:
- Set up new user accounts
Provide level 1 support
Provide functional assistance to customers in their daily use of Jobaffinity, ensuring regular customer follow-up
Report customer needs to the technical team to ensure an agile and quality after-sales service to continuously improve the solution,
Report additional sales needs to the sales department
You will also assist the Customer Relationship Manager in the following missions - Conducting onboarding sessions with our new customers
Maintain customer files in conjunction with the accounting and sales departments
Write user guides, and update content on the FAQ, our HR blog
Write newsletters in partnership with the Marketing team
Profile
- You have a 2 to 4 year university degree and successful experience in recruitment in a firm or company or in a software publisher in a position in contact with customers.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of advice and communication,
Very good writing skills,
A strong team spirit
Mastery of computer tools, agile methods and web culture.
Contract
- Permanent contract
