What are the possibilities of collaborative work in Jobaffinity?

Does a future manager need a profile to give feedback?

No. You can generate notification requests to managers or future employees of candidates directly via the application. the persons in question will receive an e-mail that will allow them to access the file of the candidate(s) you have selected and to give their opinion directly in the tool.

What types of exchanges are possible with Jobaffinity?

Our recruitment tool offers three features that facilitate and optimize collaborative recruitment:

The discussion module: this allows employees to share their impressions of an application via a discussion module integrated into the software.
The rating module: this feature allows everyone to rate applications between 1 and 5 stars. This way, the team can simply obtain an average evaluation of each application.
The validation module: thanks to which it is possible to send in one click requests for validation of applications to operational managers. The latter will only have to click on the link to give their opinion on the application. This notice is then added to the candidate’s record in our software.

Can I restrict access for different managers based on their team/organization?

The CV parsing allows to automatically extract all key information about a candidate.
